For hearing & child-therapy clinics in India

One child, one record — hearing and therapy finally share a chart.

Sounds Klear keeps audiology, speech and OT, device servicing, billing and government-scheme paperwork on a single child — and shows each person only as much as their role allows.

Inside the clinic

Four rooms, one record

A child moves between all of these in a single morning. Sounds Klear is what keeps them from becoming four separate files.

An audiologist at the audiometer console watches a boy wearing headphones and holding a response button inside the sound-treated booth, his father beside him, the audiogram plotting on her monitor.

Audiology booth

Pure-tone and aided testing. Thresholds go straight onto the grid — no hand-transcribing from fitting software.

A boy lies across a platform swing with his arms outstretched, grinning, while an occupational therapist steadies the rope behind him.

Therapy room

Speech and OT work the same goal sheet, logged from the room in under a minute, so a covering therapist picks up mid-plan.

Close-up of a technician's hands using a fine tool on a behind-the-ear hearing aid at the repair bench, with a listening stethoclip and spare tubing beside it.

Device workshop

Serial-tracked stock, trial loans, warranty clocks and repair turnaround — the number that decides whether a family recommends you.

A clinic coordinator checks a father's identity card against a disability-scheme application form across the front desk.

Front desk & scheme counter

Booking, fees and the UDID, ADIP and Niramaya paperwork — pre-filled from the clinical record, with every deadline on a clock.

What it does

Built around the way a paediatric clinic actually runs

Not a general practice-management tool with an audiology tab bolted on. Every screen assumes a child, a family, a clinician and a scheme form.

One child, one record

Audiology, speech, OT, devices and billing on the same file. A child moving between four rooms in a morning stays one patient, not four folders.

Audiogram on the grid you already read

Click thresholds into place on the standard frequency grid. Each entry is signed with the clinician's RCI registration.

Sessions logged in under a minute

Goal, trials, prompt level, one line of notes. Fast enough to do between children, complete enough to hand over.

The scheme desk, with deadlines on a clock

UDID, ADIP and state schemes tracked per child, pre-filled from the record, with the closing dates visible before they pass.

Devices, repairs and wear time

Serial-tracked stock, warranty and repair SLAs, and daily wear hours plotted against goal progress so you can see whether the aid is being worn.

GST invoicing and therapy packages

Sequential invoices, package balances that count down session by session, and outstanding fees visible to the front desk only.

Privacy by design

Restricted, not blank

A therapist sees the goal sheet, not the diagnosis. The front desk sees the fee balance, not the audiogram. When a field is withheld it says so — so staff can tell the difference between “not for you” and “never recorded”.

  • Access is decided inside the database, per field, not just per screen — a value a role may not see never leaves the server.
  • Emergency access exists, but it needs a written reason, expires on its own and is logged.
  • Every record opened is written to an access log that cannot be edited afterwards.
  • Data is hosted in Mumbai and built for India’s DPDP rules on consent and erasure.
Not only children

Hearing care for every age

A grandmother’s presbycusis recheck, a first-time user’s two-week trial, an annual maintenance visit — adults live in the same record system, with the same follow-up discipline, the same wear-time log and the same repair clock.

A clinician in a white coat sits with an older woman in a teal saree, a reassuring hand on her shoulder as they talk through her care plan.
